Static banner ad text editing

Edit Text in a Banner Ad Online

Update text already embedded in a finished static banner ad without rebuilding the complete creative. Upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP ad image, select one headline, offer, price, date, or CTA, enter the replacement, compare the generated result, and download a flattened PNG.

This tool edits wording inside an uploaded static image. It does not connect to Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or another advertising platform, and it does not create responsive, animated, or HTML5 ads.

Know which asset you are changing

Static Banner Image

A finished JPG, PNG, or WebP where the headline, offer, CTA, logo, and design are rendered into one image. This is what the tool edits.

Responsive Ad Assets

Separate headlines, descriptions, images, logos, and calls to action entered inside an advertising platform and combined dynamically.

Editable Source Design

A Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other file containing live design objects and text layers.

When the headline or description exists as a separate field inside your advertising platform, edit it there. Use this workflow only when the wording is already embedded in a static image file.

Review every individual variation

Keep the intended composition

This page changes text inside the image you upload. It does not resize, crop, compress, animate, or validate the result against every advertising platform’s current requirements. Start with a source image that already uses the intended aspect ratio and composition, then check the downloaded PNG against the current specifications for your campaign type and placement.

Static JPG, PNG, and WebP uploads are supported by the current editor. Animated GIF, HTML5, ZIP, AMPHTML, and editable campaign files are not supported.

Four-step static ad update

  1. Upload the Static Ad Creative

Upload the clearest JPG, PNG, or WebP version available. Use the original exported creative rather than a heavily compressed screenshot when possible.

  2. Select the Complete Ad Text

Choose one full headline, offer, price, date, CTA, or short value proposition. Include visible outlines and shadows when they are part of the text treatment.

  3. Enter the Updated Ad Copy

Type exactly what should appear in the new banner. Concise wording with similar capitalization and visual length is generally easier to fit into the existing design.

  4. Generate, Compare and Download

Generate the updated banner, compare it with the original, verify every claim and nearby visual element, then download the flattened PNG.

Design for small placements

Review before use

Spelling and Claims

Confirm every word, number, percentage, price, date, deadline, and performance claim.

Offer Consistency

Make sure the banner, landing page, checkout, promotion terms, and campaign settings describe the same offer.

CTA Accuracy

Check that the visible call to action matches the destination and available action.

Font-Style Consistency

Review letter shape, weight, capitalization, color, outline, glow, and shadow.

Brand and Product Details

Inspect logos, product screenshots, packaging, faces, buttons, badges, and brand marks near the selected text.

Background Reconstruction

Check gradients, photography, textures, patterns, button shapes, and decorative elements behind the replacement.

Small-Size Readability

Preview the banner at its intended display size and make sure the updated wording remains readable.

Platform Requirements

Verify dimensions, file type, file size, landing-page consistency, and current advertising policy requirements before uploading.

Flattened output

The generated result is saved as a new flattened image. The downloaded PNG does not contain an editable ad template, separate text layer, original font file, or controls for changing the font, size, color, spacing, or position afterward.

Return to the original Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other source file when the campaign requires exact typography, multiple formats, reusable layers, animated assets, or broad layout changes.

Limits and authorization

Results are most consistent when the original ad wording is sharp, readable, and clearly separated from the background. Very small banner text, narrow legacy formats, curved headlines, metallic lettering, heavy glow, dense layouts, compressed files, overlapping products, and long replacement copy can be less predictable.

The generated banner may contain a spelling error, altered letter width, different spacing, traces of the original wording, an inconsistent background patch, or changes to nearby design elements. The current workflow focuses on one selected text block per generation.

Only upload and edit advertising creatives you own or have permission to modify. Keep prices, discounts, deadlines, product claims, customer quotes, results, partnerships, certifications, and calls to action truthful and authorized. Do not use the tool to fabricate endorsements, awards, platform approval, scarcity, performance data, financial returns, health claims, or official notices.

Banner ad text editing questions

Can I edit text already embedded in a banner ad?

Yes. Upload the finished static ad image, select one detected text block, enter the replacement, and generate a new flattened result.

Is this a banner ad maker?

No. The workflow changes one existing text block inside a finished static image. It does not create a complete ad design from scratch.

Can I change a headline or CTA in an ad image?

Yes. A clear headline, offer, price, date, value proposition, or CTA embedded in the image can be replaced when it is detected as one text block.

Does this edit my Google Ads or Meta Ads campaign?

No. The tool edits an uploaded image file and does not connect to an advertising account, campaign, ad group, audience, bid, budget, or performance report.

Can I edit a responsive display ad?

Only when the wording is already embedded inside a static image asset. Headlines, descriptions, logos, and calls to action entered separately inside an advertising platform should be edited through that platform.

Does it resize banners for different ad placements?

No. The tool changes text inside the uploaded image. It does not provide automatic resizing, cropping, compression, or multi-format exports.

Can I edit an animated GIF or HTML5 banner?

No. The current workflow accepts static JPG, PNG, and WebP images. Animated GIF, HTML5, ZIP, and editable ad files are not supported.

Does the tool run an A/B test?

No. It does not connect to an ad platform, measure clicks or conversions, or choose a winning variation.

Will the rest of the banner remain exactly unchanged?

Exact preservation cannot be guaranteed. The workflow focuses on the selected text area, but you should review nearby products, logos, buttons, backgrounds, and unrelated copy before using the result.

Will the new text use the exact same font?

The editor uses the visible lettering and surrounding design as visual references, but a finished banner image does not contain the original font file. An exact font match cannot be guaranteed.

Which formats are supported?

The editor accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP images up to 12 MB. The generated result is downloaded as a flattened PNG.

Is banner ad text editing free?

Eligible new accounts receive 1 free credit, available for one Standard 1K result, plus capacity for 3 image scans. Paid one-time credit packs start at $4.99 for 12 credits.

What happens to my uploaded ad image?

Original uploads are stored privately for up to 24 hours. Completed flattened results and related private diagnostics are kept for up to 7 days unless you delete them sooner. Your uploaded image and relevant text instructions are sent to the providers needed to perform the edit. Read the Privacy Policy.
